Unless you've been living under a rock, we are in a pivotal moment in history. Everywhere I look, I see injustice, suffering & silent voices overshadowed by materialism, idiotic celebrities, and fluff pieces to distract us from what is going on in society & the world. I, myself, am guilty of falling into that trap of distraction. We are so powerful in either creating positive or negative energies. We need to be kinder to one another, show compassion, understanding and love. We need to not let our judgements get the best of us, instead we need to be open. As the holiday season is in full effect, I believe this is the best opportunity to give back to our communities.
