Dear Bloat, Goodbye!

All of us ladies have been down this road before - when the uncomfortable feeling of pressure sets in like you’re an overblown balloon. I’ve dealt with it before and I have decided enough is enough. There are a few contributing factors to take into consideration such as food intolerances, the time of the month, and hard to digest foods. First and foremost, do see if you are intolerant to such items as gluten.

Here are some ways to help tell bloat buh bye:

  1. Limit intake on high FODMAP foods

  2. Stick to water vs carbonated drinks

  3. Consume more probiotics

I am a big fan of option 3! The best part about it, is fermented foods are high in probiotics. I’m talking sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles.
